Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Officers to join our team at MCB Bank Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Serving customers in an effective & efficient manner,while adhering to the service guidlines,poloicies and procedures of the Bank. This role requires expertise in Strong interpersonal skills and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance with local controls and regulations,money laundering/KYC guidlines in the prevention of frauds, forgeries and losses.
• Good knowledge in Account Opening process.
• Managing day to day operational activities in the branch banking operations.

Requirements:

• GCE A/L Qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking lower counter operations.
• Written and oral communication skills.

Location: Colombo 1, Sri Lanka
