The ideal candidate will be responsible for Handling HR documents with ninja-level confidentiality. This role requires expertise in Knowledge of Sri Lanka labour laws and HR best practices? Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR,Business Adminstration or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR Department.
• Solid skills in MS Office,HR software,and data visualization tools.
• Sharp attention to detail, top-tier communication skills,and serious organizational skills.
