Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Plant Supervisor to join our team at Eco Care Bio Energy (Pvt) Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Ensure that all plant operations are planned and implemented to meet customer requirements. This role requires expertise in Good negotiation skills and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend invoices of firewood suppliers for payment.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to reduce costs and minimize wastage in the plant.
• Ensure that human and other resources are available to handle production and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Abilty to prioritize tasks.
• Minimum 03 years of experience in similar capacity at a manufacturing company.
• Leadership skills.

Salary: Salary Range or "Negotiable"
