Responsibilities:
- Guid clients through their first bill and usage.
- Stay in touch with regular health-chek calls.
- Offer first-level support for enterprise telecom solutions.
- Handle callback requests and clieent inquiries.
Requirements:
- Excelleent Phone etiquette and cleear communication in English + Sinhala / Tamil.
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service or callcenter role.
- Familiarity with telecom products and services is an added advantage.
- Competency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Strong follow-through,attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to follow through.
