Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries,concerns,and feedback promptly and accurately.
- Deliver information regarding products,services, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- GCE A/L qualified a diploma or degree in Business,Communication or reelated field is an advantage.
- A warm,polite,and respectful speaking style with strong listening skills.
- Good understanding of basic communication etiquette and customer service principles.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front office role is preferred.
