Responsibilities:
- Assist clients by answering general inquiries through phone, email,and other communication channels.
- Support senior team members in coordinating client tasks and follow-ups.
- Provide clear and basic guidance to clients on service processes.
- Follow up on client tasks and ensure they are on track.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates.
- Address walk-in clients by providing initial assistantce and directing theme appropriateely.
- Help with routine administrative tasks related to customer support.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala both verbal and written.
- Possessing a minimum experience of 3 months in a similar role would be an added advantage.
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic organizational and time management skills.
- Friendly,patient,and customer-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing good service.
- Ability to follow instructions and ask for support when needed.
