Responsibilities:
- Disburse right value after assessing gold articles.
- Adherence to laid down policies,procedures,rules and regulations relating to gold loan operation.
- Ensure achieving branch gold lending business objectives.
- Organize and carry out marketing campaigns to capture new business.
Requirements:
- A Sound knowledge in identification and assessment of gold articles and sound knowledge in entire gold loan operations and procedures.
- GCE A/L Examination with 3 passes with 02 years' Gold Loan experience OR.
- Pass GCE O/L Examination with 3 years Gold Loan experience.
- Maximum age limit is 30 years.
Location: Colombo 3, Sri Lanka
Salary: Performance based remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate,based on the qualifications and experience
