Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Operations - Assistant to join our team at Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Support the implementation of the IT infrastructure of the new locations and relocations to ensure complete implementation,deployment and commissioning of all required IT systems covering all locations under preview. Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for Singer brachees under preview.
- Carryout periodic performance evaluations of the locations assigned by supervisor.
- Provide first level technical support on hardware issues,communication link issues,operating systems and software issues.
- Conduct user training for applications users.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 01 year experience in similar capacity.
- Posses a Diploma,HND or Degree in Information Technology,Undergraduates will also be considered.
- Knowledge in server hardware and virtualization technologies.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
- Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issuees promptly.
